Evangeline, Rachel, Greg and James:

I hope you enjoy your stay here at my secret hideout in Austin. 

I was in Austin and cleaned up my place for your stay:

• I've put out some fresh linens upstairs in the bedroom loft.   Just throw them in the washer when you're done with them.  I'll wash them next time I'm in town. 
• Theres also a couple of blankets if you need them. 
• Feel free to move the coffee table to make room for your portable bed. 
• There's clean cups to use in the top cabinet next to the refrigerator. 

Additional notes:

• Uunplug the living room security camera for your privacy and plug it back in before you leave so I can continue to keep an eye on my place while I'm away. 
• The kitchen faucet is filtered water and it is motion activated.  I've put a sign next to the infrared sensor where you wave your hand to turn it on.  I know it's hard to resist the urge to use the handle to the water on/off.   You owe me a dollar each time you use the handle.  Haha.  
• I just discovered that the garbage disposal isn't working.  Please don't throw any food in there since there's no way to grind and flush it. 
• Also, please don't leave any food in the trash can or else it will get nasty since I'm not there to clean it up.
